The area features a comfortable sofa, as well as a small coffee table, a TV set and a comfortable armchair. Two separate entrances to the terrace are located in this part of the apartment.

A fully equipped kitchenette also has a slide-out table and 2 chairs.

A comfortable double bed with a 140×200 mattress guarantees sleeping comfort. Wardrobe is located between the leisure and sleeping areas.
